This time, the menu paid homage to Abruzzo, the homeland of Simple Flair co-founder Simona. It was a celebration of authentic relationships and tastes, reflecting the region’s essence and the values we hold dear. To craft the perfect Abruzzese menu, we collaborated with Chef Anna, who brought her expertise and deep knowledge of her roots to the table.
